Sydney Harbour

Sydney Harbour

Sydney Harbour

Using my Canon EOS 300D, I took this beautiful shot of Sydney Harbor at around 7am, during my usual morning walk.

I used a focal length of 18mm (using my EF-S 18-55mm f/3.5-5.6 Lens), and F-number of f/9, and exposure time of 1/4000 sec.

It was one of the rarest days when H.M Queen Elizabeth II was anchored in the harbor before sailing. I looked for a panoramic view to capture and I had to walk up to the highest accessible position at the Opera House (though it was not open yet being so early in the morning). Also, I had to crop the image from the top a little bit to make it a panoramic view. I love this picture as I could capture the silent harbor which is unusual in metropolitan city like Sydney.

Hope you enjoy it.

Cheers,
Harish
